My Round Minis are made with unbleached flour, using a fermentation process based on natural yeast. For my Sesame Seed Round Mini, I use an abundance of whole sesame seed that releases its natural oil while baking, which gives it the aroma of toasted hazelnuts and a golden crust. An ideal format for small appetites, to accompany your salads and soups or to prepare a variety of mini sandwiches.
