Philly Cheese-steak rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
(2-3 servings)
350 g pack of fondue beef
Olive oil
1 tbsp of beef broth
1 cup of water
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced into rings
6 slices of mozzarella cheese
In a hot pan, brown beef with some olive oil.
Halfway through the browning, add beef broth and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the peppers and onions and cover for 5 mins over medium-low heat.
Drizzle the cooking juices onto both sides of your rolls, add the meat and veg onto one side of the roll and top with cheese.
Chef’s Tip
Season with Montreal steak spice.

Vegetarian rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
(2 servings)
Dijonnaise (Dijon mustard with mayo)
2 leaves of romaine lettuce
Végépâté (sold in grocery stores)
½ cup of black olives
Tomato slices
4 slices of emmental cheese
Spread the Dijonnaise onto both sides of your rolls.
Add the lettuce and végépâté.
Add the tomato slices and season with salt and pepper to taste and top with cheese.
Chef’s Tip
Adding fresh cilantro is a nice touch!

Greek rolls
Ingredients

(1 serving)
Olive oil
1 romaine lettuce leaf
¼ cup of sliced Kalamata olives
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
2 slices of tomatoes
2 slices of red onion
Lightly drizzle olive oil onto both sides of your rolls.
Lay down the lettuce leaf.
Sprinkle black olives and feta cheese onto lettuce.
Top with tomato slices.
Chef’s Tip
Sprinkle dry oregano and basil onto the tomato slices with some salt and pepper.

Pacific Sesame rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
(1 serving)
Cream cheese
1 tbsp of capers
4 slices of smoked salmon (preferably Coho)
1 red onion thinly sliced
Sea salt and pepper
Spread on cream cheese to taste.
Sprinkle capers onto cheese, layer on smoked salmon and onion.
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Chef’s Tip
Drizzle the salmon with some fresh lemon juice!

Mustard and mayonnaise to taste
2 slices of emmental or mozzarella cheese
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices of ham (ex. Black Forrest)
2 slices of tomato
Spread mustard onto one side and mayonnaise onto the other.
Lay a slice of cheese, a leaf of lettuce, ham and tomatoes onto one side of the roll and close the bagelwich.
Chef’s Tip
Add salt and pepper to the tomatoes.

Texas Hold’em rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
(2-3 servings)
Ready-to-eat pulled pork (available in your grocery store)
Olive oil
1 red and 1 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
White or red onion sliced in strips
Slice of cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
Salt and pepper
Heat pulled pork according to instructions. Set aside to cool.
In a pan, sauté peppers in oil to desired texture. Set aside.
Caramelize onions in pan with olive oil. Add the peppers, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Let the mixture cool.
Place a slice of cheese onto your rolls, then spread on the pulled pork mixture and top with veggies.
Chef’s Tip
Add some powdered chili to taste (and to tolerance!).

Good Morning rolls
Ingredients

(1 serving)
1 hardboiled egg
2 cooked spears of asparagus, cut in pieces
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Slice of emmental or cheddar cheese
Crumble the hardboiled egg into a bowl with a fork.
Add asparagus pieces, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Lay the cheese onto your rolls and spread on the mixture.
Chef’s Tip
Add herbes de Provence to the mix.

1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper
1 ½ tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
2-3 romaine lettuce leaves
1 diced tomato
1 tbsp of sliced black olives
1 tbsp of capers
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Incorporate olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix well.
Lay the lettuce on your rolls, spread with tuna mixture, top with tomatoes, black olives and capers.

Add a pinch of oregano and basil for a quick flavour boost.

1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 green apple, diced
1 stalk of celery, diced
¼ cup of Sultana raisins (soak in cold water for 10 mins.)

3-4 basil leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the mixture on your rolls.

Add a little lemon zest for a little extra zing.

Cilantro to taste

Peanut butter to taste
1 banana, thinly sliced
2 strips of bacon, cooked
Spread peanut butter onto roll as thickly as desired.
Top with bacon and banana slices.

Use smooth peanut butter for best results and sprinkle on a little brown sugar or top with a drizzle of maple syrup.

1 can of red beans, drained and rinsed
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
3 slices of white cheese (ex. aged cheddar)
In a pan, sauté onion, tomato and red bell pepper. Set aside to let cool.
Place all ingredients (except the cheese) in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Lay a slice of cheese onto the rolls and top with veggie mixture.

Sprinkle on some chili pepper flakes to add a little kick.

1 hardboiled egg
1/3 of a small onion (or shallot), diced
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 romaine lettuce leaf
2-3 tomato slices
Slices of ripe avocado (optional)
Crumble the hardboiled egg into a bowl.
Add onion, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Lay down the lettuce leaf and spread the egg salad onto it.
Top with tomato and avocado if desired.

Add in a little paprika to boost flavour!
