  • SHIPPING POLICIES

Chef Frankie delivers all across Canada and reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost for remote areas. Please contact us before placing your order if you are living in the USA or in Canadian remote areas.

All our orders are being shipped with reputable carriers. A tracking number will be sent to you once your items have been shipped.

Please allow us 3 business days to coordinate your order (Monday to Friday). If you’d like faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

  • RETURN POLICIES

Cher Frankie’ mission is to deliver premium quality bagels. Our shipping center will make sure your order is well packed to avoid any damages during shipping. If there is a mistake in your order, you need to inform us of the situation within 24hrs after reception. Since the bagels are fresh 14 days, no bagels can be returned. Shipping cost will not be refunded if you decide to ship it back on your own.

  • REFUSED DELIVERY

If you refuse your delivery or if you send it back to us without informing our approval, no refund will be issued.
