Texas Hold’em rolls

(2 or 3 portions)

  • Keep it simple, by a ready-to-go pulled pork mix from your local grocery store
  • Red and green peppers
  • White or red onion
  • Sat and pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Follow the instructions and prepare your pulled pork mix and let it cool down before using it;
  2. Clean, empty and slice in strips the peppers and blanch them to taste;
  3. Cut in strips the onion and blanch it a pan with olive oil;
  4. When onions are caramelized, add the peppers, salt and pepper and let it cooldown;
  5. Lay down a slice of cheese on your rolls, spread the pulled pork mix and top it with the vegetables
