Philly steak rolls

(2-3 portions)

  • 1 350g pack of fondue beef
  • 1 green pepper
  • Onion sliced in strips
  • 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the beef in a pan with some olive oil;
  2. Halfway through the cooking add a tablespoon of beef broth with a cup of water;
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste;
  4. Add the peppers and the onions and cover the pan for 5 minutes at medium-low heat;
  5. Spread a drizzle of the cooking juice on both sides of your rolls;
  6. Add the meat and the mix on one side and top it with the cheese.
