Add a pinch of dried oregano and basil with the salt and pepper to enhance the taste

Athena rolls

(2-3 portions)

  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced black olives
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2-3 leafs of roman lettuce
  • Salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  1. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl;
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste;
  3. Incorporate 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, mix well;
  4. Put the leaf of lettuce on your rolls and spread your tuna mix in;
  5. Add on top the sliced black olives, the capers and the diced tomatoes.
