For bagelwich cinnamon raisin, I prepare my dough with an abundance of tasty Currant raisins that are the best add a touch of cinnamon. I boil them before baking directly on the hearth, which gives them a golden brown crust. Heat them slowly for the magic of flavors and aromas of the grapes and cinnamon to awaken delightfully.
